This website is operated by NovaVibe. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NovaVibe. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 2 – Shipping & Logistics

• Delivery Timeline: By purchasing, you acknowledge that items are dispatched from global fulfillment centers. Standard delivery to the USA typically takes 7–12 business days.

• Carrier Delays: While we use premium couriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL), NovaVibe is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or postal service strikes.

Section 3 – Order Accuracy & Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply, or a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Section 4 – Customer Complaint Handling

 At NovaVibe, we value your satisfaction. If you have a complaint regarding our service or a product, please contact us at support@getnovavibe.com. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24-48 hours and provide a formal resolution within 7 business days.

Section 5 – Limitation of Liability

NovaVibe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of any of our products. All products are provided 'as is' without any warranty beyond our 14-Day Functional Warranty.
